Firm Settles South Florida Auto Accident Case; Victims Suffered Severe Injuries

Balkan & Patterson has settled an auto accident case and was successful in recovering $700,000 for our clients. The accident occurred in Alligator Alley in Florida on March 25, 2009, in the early morning. A dump truck that did not have its lights on pulled out in front of our clients, who were traveling at the speed limit.
