Hot Tub Safety
Balkan and Patterson, LLP has handled issues regarding hot tub safety. Hot tubs should never be more than 104 degrees. Excessive temperature can cause drowsiness that can lead to drowning. Heaters should have a mechanism to ensure that the temperature does not go above 104 but sadly many do not. People should not spend an excessive amount of time in a hot tub nor should they drink alcohol while in a hot tub. For questions regarding whether there is a case regarding hot tub injuries or death contact the attorneys at Balkan & Patterson, LLP at 561-750-9191.
